Psalms

Whoso privily slandereth his neighbour, him will I cut off: him that hath an high look and a proud heart will not I suffer. 101:5

Proverbs

Say not unto thy neighbour, Go, and come again, and to morrow I will give; when thou hast it by thee. 3:28

Devise not evil against thy neighbour, seeing he dwelleth securely by thee. 3:29

So he that goeth in to his neighbour's wife; whosoever toucheth her shall not be innocent. 6:29

Habakkuk

Woe unto him that giveth his neighbour drink, that puttest thy bottle to him, and makest him drunken also, that thou mayest look on their nakedness! 2:15

Zechariah

In that day, saith the Lord of hosts, shall ye call every man his neighbour under the vine and under the fig tree. 3:10
